Brief History
Origins and Early Development (2011-2014)
Firebase was founded in 2011 by James Tamplin and Andrew Lee as part of Envolve, a startup providing an API for online chat. They noticed developers using the service to synchronize application data in real time, leading to the creation of Firebase.
In April 2012, Firebase launched its first product, the Firebase Realtime Database, enabling seamless data synchronization across Android, iOS, and web applications.
